Our establishment began as a micro bakery in 2009, located inside our family’s breakfast and lunch restaurant. Since then we have expanded our operations by purchasing the restaurant and adding a creative culinary team with the same vision as us. We are still in the process of remodeling the space to create a more European atmosphere. We pride ourselves on using local and “healthy” ingredients, having a symbiotic relationship between the bakery and the cafe, and having a seasonal menu that changes specials frequently. We now offer breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
