CHEF
We are seeking a passionate, mature, ambitious and experienced culinary professional to lead, create, build upon, and elevate an existing intimate dinner service - four nights a week.
You will be responsible to:
Create and execute menus
Coordinate inventory and ordering with an established brunch team
Create, communicate and monitor schedules
Train, educate, lead and develop staff
Coordinate, execute and ensure that the kitchen spaces remain organized and clean
Salary is negotiable
